Wicked at Wicks: A Children's Halloween Celebration at the Falmouth Museums on the Green, Falmouth

10/28 Enjoy trick-or-treating at several historic properties, including the 1790 Dr. Francis Wicks House. Celebrate Halloween with pumpkin painting, storytelling, a costume parade, and spooky local history. 4 to 5:30 PM- $10 per child (no charge for adults).

The Enchanted Forest at Long Pasture Wildlife Sanctuary, Barnstable

10/28 Enjoy a guided tour along the sanctuary's lantern-lit trail and meet some interesting creatures and characters. This special evening at Long Pasture is entertaining and educational, and not too spooky. Costumes are encouraged! Howl-O-Weekend at Cape Cod Beer, Hyannis

All weekend. Free fun for furry friends & their owners! Cape Cod Beer invites friendly on-leash dogs to the Brewery in costume this weekend. Prizes daily for the best dog costumes and live music from 5 to 8 PM on Saturday and 3 to 6 PM on Sunday.

Harwich Port Merchant’s Halloween Candy Stroll, Harwich

10/29. Stroll through Harwich Port's Main Street in your best costume and look for the stores with Jack O' Lanterns in the windows or on the door! 1 to 3 PM.

Fall Family Festival at YMCA Camp Lyndon

10/29. Join the YMCA Cape Cod for an afternoon of family fun, including pumpkin painting, storytelling, donuts on a string, treats, horses, a scavenger hunt, a parade, and more! Costume parade at 1 PM, Trick or Treat at 1:30 PM, Costume Contest at 2 PM. $25 admission for families up to 4 ($7 for each additional).

All Weekend. The Cape Cod Theatre Company presents a super Scary Haunted House! $10 at the door. Thursday through Monday from 5 PM to 9 PM. Not intended for little children.

Orleans Halloween Stroll, Orleans

10/29 Celebrate Halloween in Orleans! Catch the Toe Jam Puppet Band at 1:30 PM at Snow Library, followed by a Costume stroll down Main Street from 2 to 4 PM. Sea Howl Bookshop is holding a story time for littles at 3:30. Wrap up the day with a Haunted House at the Academy Playhouse from 4:30 to 7:30 PM ($15 to enter proceeds to APA).

Halloween at the Batwood, Chatham

10/29 Children can dress in costume and tour the spookily decorated Atwood Museum from 1 to 4 PM. Candy will be distributed at this free event!

Wellfleet's Halloween Parade, Wellfleet

10/29 Meet at 1:45 PM in costume at the Wellfleet Preservation Hall. The parade starts at 2 PM and goes down West Main, Bank, and Commercial Streets to Baker's Field. Then, enjoy activities including ponies, snacks, music, and a haunted playground!

Osterville Halloween Costume Parade

10/30. Adults, children, and dogs parade through town. Treats and a Halloween movie at the library. 2 PM at the Village Flagpole.

Halloween Hootenanny, Dennis Village

10/30. Enjoy a costume parade (starts at the Playhouse at 11:15) through Dennis Village. Then, enjoy food, music, and tons of festive fun! 11 AM to 1 PM.

Haunted Halloween around the Commons, Yarmouthport

10/31 Visit the Bangs Hallet House, the Edward Gorey House, Thacher Hall, Winslow Crocker House, and Chapter House for a Safe Halloween Trick-or-Treating Celebration! 4 to 7 PM.

Pumpkin Palooza at the Wellfleet Preservation Hall, Wellfleet

10/31 Get crafty and bring carved pumpkins to the Hall for display in the backyard. Then stop by between 5–7 PM for a trick or a treat, apple cider, and more fun… costumes encouraged! 5 to 7 PM

Halloween Safe Trick-or-Treat on Main Street, Hyannis

10/31 Main Street in Hyannis will be closed for traffic between 4 PM and 6 PM between Barnstable Rd and Sea Street. Merchants will hand out candy to trick-or-treaters!

Trunk or Treat Festival, Wellfleet

10/31 Head to the Wellfleet Drive-In Theatre from 4 to 7 PM. Children in costume may go between decorated cars to get candy. There will be free hot dogs and cider for all!
